Canned Tuna

In the Gulf area people like to eat fresh food like fish. There are different types of fish which are likely eaten. But sometime people do not find fresh fish so they go for the canned fish such as tuna. In this essay I will write about canning tuna.

First the fish are caught and delivered to a cannery, a factory where food is canned. Next they are cleaned from the scales and stomach. After that they are washed. Then salt is added to them. This is just to make sure that no micro-
organisms are grown with. Before canning them they are washed from the salt and a mixture of oil and preservatives is added. Finally the can is closed and the stickers and the logo of the company are stuck on the can. The cans must be sterilized. Then it is sent to the supermarket.

In conclusion fish are passed through many steps till it come to our mouths. I hope you enjoy the canned fish.

Blood-curdling scream

Blood-curdling scream
It was a dark and gloomy night. I was just about to go to bed when suddenly there was a blood-curdling scream. It was a young lady. She was standing in front of her house.

It was 10 years ago. When I heard the scream, I jumped to the window to see what was going on. It was from my neighbor who was a young lady. She was single and living alone. I immediately shouted “What‘s wrong”? But she just fell down silently. I felt that some things temple had happened to her and this is the right time to be a hero line in the movies. So, I ran out of the house but, she was not there. I thought either she was taken to the house by the neighbors or she was murdered and the murderer took her away. At that time I got afraid and I started sweating, but I said she does need help. So I went inside her house and got such a shock.

I saw what I could not believe. She was sitting on the arm chair and she was exhausted, sweating and her face was very red as if someone hit her on the face. I asked her about what I saw, but she did not reply. I thought for a while then I decided to take her to the hospital after I made sure that there was nobody in the house other than her. I asked her to help me to take her to the hospital but she did not. I had to bull her to the car. During my driving I felt she might die in the car but luckily she made it. After the examination which took around 3 hours the doctor came and told me that she brook up with her boyfriend who was taking all of her thinking and feelings.

I took her back home and the time was around 04:00 am. That day I could not sleep, neither go to work. I phoned the work and took one day leave from my balance. And from that day I kept on taking care of her tell she got married and became better.

On the way to Liwa

It was the middle of the summer and I was driving to Liwa when suddenly I heard an abnormal noise. It was a car crash.

At that time I was listening to a recorded Islamic lecture, and I was concentrated in it. The way was empty of cars, suddenly I heard a car crash noise. It was almost beside me. I got shocked and I did not know what to do. I just kept on holding the steering wheel and I pressed on the accelerator without feeling. I only felt that my blood froze and my heart was pulsing very hard. It took around ten seconds but I felt it was one hour.

I controlled myself and I looked in the mirror. I saw three cars were stopped on the right side of the road. I stopped and went back to see what was going on. Six teenagers had been racing. When they almost behind me they had not know who should go first and I was not looking in the mirror, so the two of them tried to take over me and they hit each other. The third car had four of them and the driver was not keeping a distance between his car and the other two cars, so he could not stop his car and he hit them too.

Unfortunately the drivers of the first two cars were killed immediately, while the four passengers of the third car were in good condition. But when they saw the blood of their friends they started crying and shouting. One of them was a brother of the first car driver and he was trying to fix his brothers body parts and speak with him. I started crying and tried to get him to calm down. I forgot to call the police. Luckily a car came and the driver called the police.

It was the first accident I had experienced in my life. It affected on me and I kept thinking about it for two weeks. And I will never ever forget it.

Oil Process

Oil passes through many steps to reach the petrol stations and then into the cars as a fuel. Cars need a special type of fuel which should be refined for that purpose. In this essay I will write the steps of the oil from underground to the car’s tanks.

First the oil is located either underground in the desert or underground the sea. Next the oil is pumped to huge storage tanks through pipe lines which can be 50 km long to refineries. After that the oil is refined into different products such as light gases, heavy gas oil and petrol. Then the petrol is stored into the petrol storage tanks. The next step is the petrol is transported to the petrol stations and stored in the underground storage tanks. .
All of this process might take around one or two days if no trucks were available to transport the petrol from the refinery to the petrol stations
